    Road trips have always been meaningful for Dave Steele. He showed again Friday night at Five Flags Speedway.    Steele, 35, a Tampa resident, who is considered one of the top drivers in this racing class, took an early lead and dominated the rest of the way in Winged Sprint Car feature race.    The attraction of the rocket-like, Tampa Bay Area Racing Association Sprint Cars, an open-wheel division, filled the grandstands at Five Flags. "We don't get to take this show on the road a whole lot and so it's always a big deal for us,'' Steele said, after receiving a standing ovation in Victory Lane.
