Vanderley Extends Points Lead

          Good thing D.J. VanderLey and Ronnie Smith enjoy each other’s company.     The pair’s season-long battle in the Pro Late Model Series continued Friday night at Five Flags Speedway. And for the third time in five races in 2010, VanderLey took another checkered flag at Pensacola’s half-mile oval. He extended his series points lead against Pensacola's Smith, who finished second.     “The car was great,” said the 18-year-old Mobile native, who topped the defending series champ by some 3 seconds. “This was the best we’ve run here all season.”
