JONES WINS NASCAR CAMPING WORLD TRUCK EVENT
It has been a meteoric rise for Michigan teenage driving sensation Erik Jones. He pushed his way past Kyle Busch last December to win the 2012 Snowball Derby.
That impressed Busch, and he offered Jones a seat in the Kyle Busch Motorsports team.
Jones added to his impressive resume winning the Camping World NASCAR Truck event in Phoenix...on the heels of his win at the Winchester 400 this fall.
At the NASCAR race Friday nite, he bested a half dozen other drivers who are also entered in this years Snowball Derby. Cale Gale, Chase Elliott, Daniel Hemric, Steve Wallace, John Hunter Nemechek, and Mason Mingus
Yes, he will be back to defend his Snowball title, driving a Kyle Busch Motorsports Super Late Model.
