Free parking is available at the Pensacola Fairgrounds.  The lot is about 2 miles south at the intersection of Pine Forest Road and Mobile Highway (US 90).

Take the free shuttle bus direct to the speedway.

The fairgrounds lot is paved and lighted.  Shuttles run every few minutes...depending on traffic.
