Memorial for Mike Cook at Track Saturday 2pm.

Friends and fans are invited for a final farewell to Mike Cook on Saturday at 2pm at the track.

Mike, a former driver and crew member passed away Thursday after a brave battle with cancer. 

Mike drove the familiar #29 blue Ivey's car, and worked on other racers cars as a mechanic and crewman.

Attendees are invited to wear their favorite racing shirt for the gathering on the turn 4 patio deck. 

Bring a covered dish and drink.

If you  have a race car, bring it and have it in place on the 4th turn by 1:40pm as a final tribute to Mike. 

In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to the Mike Cook Trust Fund to help with his final expenses.
